I enjoy all photography but most of my images are of the landscape. I especially like an image which manages to tell a story… which captures the feeling or mood of a place, or of a moment in time. Transient images are special because they are temporary and will not be seen again. The camera is special because it can record these precious moments.

I am a retired hill country sheep-farmer who now lives beside the harbour in Raglan. Having worked outdoors for my working life I have developed an affinity for, and love of, the land.
I don’t have a studio but can arrange to meet or to have photos printed on request. Over the past ten years I have successfully exhibited at the annual OSPA Art Exhibition in Onewhero and also for the past three years at the Raglan Arts Weekend during Anniversary Weekend in Raglan.
