Bridget has been painting and creating since childhood. More recently enjoying the texture and vibrancy she can achieve with oil paints. She’s inspired by objects and life around her, especially the New Zealand wildlife.

Bridget’s understanding of oils came about after attending Art Metro in Merivale, Christchurch art classes, when her 2 daughters were preschoolers. She also had an inspirational art teacher, Mrs Van Beck at Morrinsville College. Bridget most recently has sold pieces at Waihi Beach Gallery, Morrinsville Boutique Shops, an exhibition at Wallace Gallery in Morrinsville, Rivet in Raglan, Welcome Swallow Gallery in Hamilton & various galleries & cafes in Christchurch. She’s also held exhibitions at The Old Arts School Raglan, Agora Cafe’ Frankton, & WSA Exhibitions. Along with private Commissions and viewings.
